Pirical is looking to hire a Customer Success Executive who is excited about the opportunity to build a customer success function for our market leading product, Pirical Legal Professionals.

The role…
This is a new role that will ensure customers receive the 5-star experience they have come to expect from Pirical. You will be helping build the Customer Success Function almost from scratch.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping customers overcome any hurdles of working with cutting-edge technology
- Working closely with the Product and Sales teams
- Ensuring our customers derive game-changing impact that will revolutionise recruitment practices across the whole legal sector and beyond
- Owning the full onboarding journey from organising customer training sessions, providing on-going support, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitoring the value customers are receiving from the product and being proactive to ensure this is maintained
- Become an expert in the product and its variety of use cases
