Job description
Who are we?
myTamarin is looking to change the future of childcare. We talk a lot about childcare, but what about ParentCare?
myTamarin helps parents be the best they can possibly be. We help them find newborn support and nannies using our psychology-based AI matching service and provide ongoing support. We’re also investing in nannies – giving them the training, advice and guidance they need throughout their career– and that’s just the start…
We are now looking for a new team member to help match parents and nannies.
Who are you?
You will love being on the phone, talking to parents, talking to nannies, making the right matches. This is very different from corporate recruitment. A nanny is someone who becomes part of your family, who cares for your children, they are in your home. Matching the soft skills, the family values and the personality of both parents and nannies is paramount.
You are organised and efficient. You don’t waste time, and you work at pace.
You are ambitious. You want to learn, grow, and smash your targets.
You are curious, not afraid to ask questions, and leave no problems unsolved.
You will have experience or willingness to learn how to manage the end to end recruitment process including candidate screening, organising interviews, negotiating salaries.
You will have strong communication skills, problem solving and ability to contribute ideas.
This job role may suit a recent graduate or someone with a childcare background looking for a career change.
What do you do day-to-day?
As a Customer success executive, you will:
Take parent job assignments
Convert parent inquiries into active job searches
Account management of parents
Searching for nannies for specific roles
Interviewing nannies
Writing nanny profiles
Reference checking
Meeting KPIs
