We seek a driven and results-oriented Customer Success and Sales Agent to join our growing and unique start-up environment. This part-time position (25 hours per week) offers the potential to move to full-time soon. The role primarily involves remote-based work, with occasional ad-hoc requirements to be on-site at our locations.
As a Customer Success Agent, you will ensure customer satisfaction, manage customer accounts, and drive sales and revenue growth for our exceptional dog training programs. Your ability to work independently, think creatively, and build strong relationships will contribute to the success and expansion of our business. A genuine love for dogs and a passion for providing excellent customer service are essential.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11, providing an opportunity for uncapped earning potential through commission. Training will be provided for the right candidate, and an immediate start is available.
