We’re accountabl, a purpose driven FinTech company based in Hull that designs, builds, and markets an industry leading expense management platform with integrated pre-paid cards, mileage tracking and automated carbon tracking.
We’re expanding into new geographies, integrating with 3rd party accounting systems and scaling our product to new customers. Our team is growing fast and to meet developing market opportunities, we need passionate people who are ready to develop.

Who Are You?
You're a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be on the front lines of helping our customers grow from early-stage users to enthusiastic advocates of our product.
You're passionate about diving into the product's details, understanding how it works and how it can be customised for each customer. A sharp eye for detail and data-driven mindset will be essential in testing our software, analysing customer behaviour, and tracking feature requests.
You'll be the champion of our system, always on the lookout for ways to improve it. You'll report any bugs to our tech team and actively seek out feedback that will help take our platforms to the next level.
You'll take pride in the retention metrics, knowing that your role is fundamental to the team's success. You’ll be rewarded for this too.
We’d love it If you're interested in accounting and finance, as you'll have the opportunity to specialise in integrating our platform with 3rd party accounting tools like Xero, Sage, and Business Central.
You’ll be someone who wants to progress in their career, understanding you will grow with the business.

Skills:
- Degree level education
- Articulate and confident presenting
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Curious, insight-driven and customer centric
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills

Base Salary:
- £23k (plus commission structure based on customer retention)
- £26k OTE
