Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Support to join our team based at Worksop. This role is to be the front facing representative for the Transport division of the business between ourselves, the customers and suppliers, you will ensure you take ownership of all queries or issues that are presented to you and manage them through to closure, with a ‘can do attitude’ and to exceed customer expectations.
Main responsibilities
Manage the Customer Service Inbox
Log all queries on the system and reply to all within the agreed SLA
Raise any escalations to the relevant person/s
Close out issues once resolved
Add any additional costs for hauliers within the agreed time
Answer phone calls and log accordingly
Book in all collections and deliveries as required using the correct systems and forms
Any other reasonable request
Qualifications
5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above (English and Maths Preferred)
Experience
Experience in a Customer Services role (desirable)
Experience in a Transport environment (desirable)
Skills/Knowledge
Excellent communication skills – converse effectively at varying levels.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Organised, able to multitask and prioritise
Able to work under pressure
Team player but be able to work alone under own initiative.
