Job description
We are a large online bicycle parts retailer specializing in brand such as Shimano and Continental. We have been trading for over 30 years and have grown to be a well recognized business within the cycle industry and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fantastic team to help support and give advice to our customers.
The Job Role
- Reply to customer email queries
- Answer the phone and provide clear and concise support for order queries
- Provide technical advice (full training and support provided)
- Manage customer returns
- Provide refunds through various marketplaces
- Speak to external stakeholders
- Other administrative duties
About You
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
- Positive work attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- IT literate (MS Office, Email Systems, CRM Systems)
- Experience with eBay, Shopify & Amazon is preferred, but not essential
- A team player
- Knowledge of bicycle parts is desirable, but not essential
- Able to learn quickly and not afraid to ask questions
