We are currently seeking professional and well-presented individual to join our Customer Services Team. The role covers a crucial department Switchboard which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The individual must be professional, reliable, have excellent interpersonal skills and with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The role is 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with flexible working potential and occasional weekend cover.
The Customer Services Coordinator assists the Hotel Lead in the management, coordination and the smooth day to day running of hard and soft facilities services, within the following key areas: -
- Customer Services:
- Switchboard Services
- Reception Services
- Line management of staff associated within these services.
- Act as an administrator on any IT based Customer Services systems to ensure the system is accessible and workable for the frontline staff and- Completion of changes to the electronic rostering system to update the daily hours of staff, to include annual leave and sickness
- Under the direction of the Hotel Lead, effectively co-ordinate, manage and work strategically to deliver the functions of the facilities department including developing and managing resources to support providing a reliable customer orientated service, by:
- Compile’s rotas across all the Customer Services shifts in order that the service levels are maintained.
- Allocate holiday according to trust and local policies, ensuring staff are getting sufficient rest and getting the leave they want where practicable, whilst ensuring the maintenance of the necessary staffing levels for service.
- Implements the policies and procedures of the trust and department and suggest changes through experience to the Hotel Lead and Hotel Manager.
- Deputise for the Hotel Lead as and when required
