WHAT WE OFFER

• £10.90 basic hourly rate
• Living Wage Foundation Employer

Contract sizes - 8 hours weekend only
12 hours evenings 7 weekends
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are the ones meeting our customers – in our stores and beyond. We are looking for co-workers who strives to give an amazing customer shopping experience; co-workers that always put the customer at the heart of everything they do and inspire others to do the same.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside.

• You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
• You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
• Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
• Ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
• Build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
• Click and Collect - checking orders are accurately picked and delivering goods to the customer in the car park.
