What will you be doing?
We have five exciting opportunities for you to join our Savings and Customer Contact team.
As a Customer Services Associate within our Savings and Customer Contact team, you’ll be supporting our members by providing great customer service online and on the phone, undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. Internally we refer to our Savings and Customer Contact team colleagues as SCC Associates.
As part of a supportive, established and friendly team, your main responsibilities will be speaking to our members and other MBS colleagues, processing and closing savings accounts and answering any queries in a friendly and efficient way.
There may be times when our members contact us in difficult situations, so having great listening skills, a warm approach and being able to deal with difficult situations in a sensitive manner is essential.

What type of person are we looking for?*
It’s more important to us that you have great customer service skills than knowledge of savings or experience of working in financial services because we’ll provide full training and support your development as your career with us progresses.
