We are a leading provider of special seating products for care homes, hospitals, and the general public. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
As the Customer Services Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, booking appointments with members of our sales team, processing orders, taking breakdown and rental requests, and helping with general administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Booking appointments with members of our sales team
- Processing orders and rental requests
- Taking breakdown requests and coordinating repairs with our technical team
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as required
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer services role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A friendly and approachable manner
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
