The Company
Launched in 2015 by owners Monty and Dan at the age of 17, Furniturebox is an expanding online furniture business dedicated to beautiful, quality and affordable products backed up with exceptional customer service. Something that the two founders believe is responsible for the company's fast growth.
Monty had already seen success selling online when the idea for selling furniture such as dining sets online struck. "I was talking to a friend about how everything was moving online except furniture which was still very much bricks and mortar."
Monty says, "I wanted to apply the same principles of selling online, such as fast and free delivery and affordability, to furniture. I started looking for products and asked Dan if he wanted to join me for a year before going to University to see how it goes."
Five years later, no University degrees and thousands of customer orders…the two haven't looked back.

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
Due to a further internal promotion within the company, we are looking for a new Customer Services Adviser to join our small team with a start date which can be asap! Do you have the below skills and experience:
· Confident at talking on the phone to customers
· Dealing with customers in a professional and understanding way
· Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
· Energetic and positive mentality
· Good literacy ability
· A sound understanding of using basic computer skills ie. Navigating online, using emails, typing
· Ideally would have had experience in dealing with customers previously
· Able to work full time and cover regular periods at the weekend on a rota basis

- Hours: 41.25 hours per week (8.00 am to 5.00 pm) plus paid lunches so you are actually paid for 45 hours in total to include some weekends on 1 in 3 Rota basis with time off in lieu in the week.
There is the possibility of working from home for some of the time once training has been completed, if preferred. Initially, during training for four weeks, the role would be Monday to Friday.
