About the Role...
Could you bring your talents into our amazing customer service team?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’re more than a kind ear and a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, you’re the first point of contact for our tenants, the helping hand, the problem solver.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be working with colleagues across the business to find the best solutions for our tenants and you’ll be supported by a passionate and friendly team who work together to deliver the best customer service we can.
At Trivallis our customer service team doesn’t deal with calls, we work with people to keep them happy and comfortable in their homes, making a difference every day.
We are looking to recruit advisors that have exceptional customer service skills, can listen attentively, problem solve and work collaboratively as part of a great team. Empathy, resilience, and adaptability will also be the key to your success working in a fast paced and complex environment.
