We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to join the DWN division of our company which includes businesses such as Dash4it, The Cornish Hamper Store, Venture Wholesale, The Cornish Pasty Store and our new addition Devon Cream Teas. You will be responsible for the provision of great customer service via telephone, email, and social media.

Our Customer Services Advisors are ambassadors for the business, embodying our values by putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. This could be you if:
· You have previous direct experience within customer services
· You are organised with good attention to detail
· You pride yourself in having a positive customer friendly attitude
· You have great communication skills

Hours of Work: 40 hours a week with Saturday on rotation
Salary: £23,000 pa Pro Rata (£11.06 per hour)
