shoezone has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team based in our Head Office in Leicester. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis 15 hours per week (Negotiable) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at £8,166.68 (£20,416.68 Full Time Equivalent)
CS Opening Hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm
- Friday 8am - 6pm
- Weekends (rota basis) and Bank Holidays 9am - 5pm

You
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor who is friendly, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a cheerful and confident manner. Your telephone manner will be positive, professional and calm. Ideally you’ll have a GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English and you will need to know your way around Microsoft Office. Previous Customer Service and/or retail experience is desirable.
The Job
Working within our fast paced and hardworking Customer Services Team you will handle all day to day enquiries from our customers web and stores to ensure the best possible outcomes and see each query through to its conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Resolving email and live chat enquiries
- Answering customer telephone calls
- Responding with customer queries on social media Liaising with couriers to resolve delivery enquiries
