Requirements:
The Customer Service Team at ISLINGTON & SHOREDITCH HOUSING are looking for a new addition to their very progressive team.
The ideal candidate would have “Lived Experience”, a can do attitude, be detail orientated and process driven, as well as be someone who is passionate about people and committed to providing excellent and tailored customer service.
Housing Experience is not a necessity for this role but Customer service experience is essential or some relevant transferable field of employment/study.
As part of the Customer Service Advisor role, you will also manage the reception area, carrying out reception duties, including welcoming and logging residents, service users and visitors to ISHA.
