Job description
Smart Translations is a successful business with a 15 year track record in the West Midlands.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our office based in West Bromwich town centre, we offer a range of advice and services to Eastern European residents, mainly those within the Polish community.
It is important that you have strong communication skills both written and verbal and that you are able to speak both Polish and English.
You should also have a strong understanding of the following areas: Completing forms for Tax Credit, Child Benefit, Pension Credit, Maternity Allowance, Disability Living allowance and other relevant benefits. We also assist our clients in translations.
You will be dealing with our clients face to face and over the telephone and so it is important that you have a friendly and engaging personality which will fit well with our mission of offering first class service to all of our clients.
To apply for this job you need to be available Monday - Friday 9-17:30 and every other Saturday 10-15.
