Do you enjoy providing an excellent client experience by providing administrative support? Due to a huge period of growth within BSI, we're looking for a Customer Service - Training Coordinator to join our Training Operations team.
The Customer Service - Training Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Administration of our training systems
  • Responding to incoming queries both via the phone and email
  • Assisting delegates with queries on numerous digital platforms
  • Issuing eLearning content and certificates for those who have completed training
  • Undertake an active role in projects with the opportunity to lead in some
To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:
  • Experience working in a training environment preferred
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Understanding of eLearning and digital training
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proactive, flexible, and a positive willing to learn attitude
