Do you enjoy providing an excellent client experience by providing administrative support? Due to a huge period of growth within BSI, we're looking for a Customer Service - Training Coordinator to join our Training Operations team.
The Customer Service - Training Coordinator will be responsible for:
Administration of our training systems
Responding to incoming queries both via the phone and email
Assisting delegates with queries on numerous digital platforms
Issuing eLearning content and certificates for those who have completed training
Undertake an active role in projects with the opportunity to lead in some
To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:
Experience working in a training environment preferred
Experience using a CRM
Understanding of eLearning and digital training
Excellent organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be proactive, flexible, and a positive willing to learn attitude
