What will you do?

As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training to upskill our Team Managers and Advisors. You will identify skills gaps and implement training to support employees in adopting best practices, improving motivation and performance, and enabling projects to meet KPIs/ SLAs and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in teaching, coaching, and mentoring. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be able to provide leadership in a fast-paced work environment.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in customer service training. This includes developing and delivering training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the necessary skills to effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. The ideal candidate should also have experience in analyzing customer feedback and recommending improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
