RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Support
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa (DOE)
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire- office based
At commutable distance from Hinckley, Coventry, Rugby, Northampton, Corby, Oakham, Melton Mowbray, Loughborough, Tamworth, Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire.

Main Duties:
To deliver the highest level of customer service at all times
The Role:
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed and acknowledged
- Double-checked the estimated delivery date with company deadline and guidelines
- Process enquiries (Telephone & Email) in a timely fashion
- Register all customer call into CRM software
- Manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- Keep accurate records and data input
- Deal with customers complaints
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Excellent communications skills with both internal & external customers
- Previous experience within Customer Services
- Knowledge of Export documentation would be advantageous
- IT skills (Ms Office, CRM)
- Excellent problem solving skills
