We are recruiting for a Customer Service Support Agent to join the existing team who are integral to the smooth running of our business. As a Customer Service Support Agent, you will be responsible for processing all incoming returns and service jobs, as well as, supporting the Sales Team and contributing to the efficiency of the department. You will provide excellent administrative support, ensuring clear communication with our customers. With a proactive attitude, you will excel in handling customer enquiries with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
The role will include but is not limited to;
Logging and processing of customer returns/service jobs
Generating quotations from customer requests
Champion of order processing from receipt to delivery
Provide admin support to the Sales Team
Checking and processing internal paperwork.
Liaising with various departments to obtain required information
General office admin duties
An ideal applicant will have the relevant industry experience and be organised with a determination to ensure our customers have a true-to-brand experience.
This is an office-based role and you must be able to commute daily to E8. Our office hours are 8 am - 5 pm.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Team player with a “Can do” attitude
Accurate and proven numerical skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Previous industry experience is preferred.

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
