Do you have experience working in a customer focused environment delivering high quality output?
As the successful candidate you will work within our well-established Peterborough team alongside our Service, Parts and Sales Departments to act as the initial point of contact for customers looking to bring their vehicle into the retailer, purchase parts and enquire about their next car. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative, ensuring strict deadlines are met. Experience working in a similar role or environment is desirable but not essential.
The role will include:
- Arranging aftersales and sales bookings by telephone and allocating the work to the relevant workshop and sales advisor
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries across other channels such as email, social media, live chat and corporate booking systems.
- Making sure our customers are aware of our latest offers through proactive contact.
- Dealing with parts enquiries and orders
