We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for supporting customers and strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational and time-management skills and the ability to work independently. We're looking for a candidate who is comfortable with technology, is able to meet deadlines, and who has the desire to grow professionally in this exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer's questions.
- Complete transactions using computer systems and devices.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints.
- Provide customer service in a straightforward, straight-forward manner.
- Stay calm and polite during stressful situations.
- Use interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts.
- Work in fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £28,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
