Job description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a range of inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
