Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Recently, we re-launched our print on demand system Bookvault to extend our world-class services to Authors, Entrepreneurs, and Content Creators at affordable prices.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, working for the Bookvault team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support, while also collaborating with the Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to provide valuable input and insights from customer interactions to contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns. Your dedication and passion for customer satisfaction will contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls, live chat, and emails, providing prompt and efficient assistance to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with our Production team to resolve any customer problems or issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, offering guidance and support through responding to inquiries and producing helpful documents for our help centre.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas to improve overall customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position, preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues
- Ability to commute to Peterborough
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (0900-1730)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
