Customer Service Representative (UK remote based)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a hybrid role? We have a fantastic opportunity here at SportPursuit within our Customer Service Department.

You will work directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, as well as feeding into everything from website development to what brands our customers want to see on the site. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, high growth start-up in the sports retail space and grow with us as we expand.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for responding to any customer queries in your language as well as some local language copy for your market. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.

  • Delivery of first class customer service for our customers, by responding to customer queries through social media, live chat, email and phone. This role will also include responding to other international customer queries.
  • Be the "internal champion" - perform a daily check on the website, check sales available, product available, choice of imagery etc

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a great eye for detail
  • Self starter
  • Strong analytical and PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn complex systems
  • Work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude
  • Be a real people person
  • Strong team player

Nice to have but not essential:

  • A love of sport is also a bonus, ideally triathlon, cycling, running, snow sports or hiking/walking
  • Fluent in another language
