Customer Service Representative

We are all about making sure that our members are treated like gold and that we live up to our promise of making insurance easy and rewarding. As a Customer Service Representative your job will be to help deliver on this promise.
Person:

Your responsibilities:
- Handle all types of customer queries from start to finish with both potential customers and existing customers. This will include telephone conversations, real time messaging and answering emails.
- Keeping customers in the loop. We want you to be hands-on with Waggel members. Pet insurance is scary and confusing and we believe that these feelings can be mitigated by being as human as possible.
- Liaising with Customer Champions and other team members regarding customer queries and concerns.
- Going the extra mile. We provide gifts for happy moments and write cards for the sad. We want you to take the initiative on what that “extra mile” means..
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 2+ years experience working in a veterinary/animal background is beneficial but not required
- Love people, but love their pets more.
- Have an edge. We want somebody that is keen to change things up.
- Team mentality - we work together, take risks together, celebrate together and stay humble together.
An experienced veterinary receptionist would make an ideal candidate for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
