We are in need of a full time Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Birmingham. Customer Service is a pivotal part of what we do. If you love interacting with others and feel confident in your ability to communicate well with customers, please submit your CV.
Customer Service Representatives are tasked with interacting with customers on a daily basis, listening to customer concerns, answering client specific questions, and providing customer feedback to the management team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will drive sales and ensure that key performance indicators are met with a high attention to detail in the process. Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Previous Sales/Customer Service experience
Outstanding communication skills
Enjoys proactively engaging customers
The ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Attention to detail
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Increase sales by upselling relevant products
Answering any questions customers may have daily
Enter customer data to complete sales
Respond professionally to consumer enquiries
Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
GCSE or equivalent required
To be considered Customer Service Representative role candidates must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
We are looking to begin filling positions ASAP.
Successful candidates should be able to commute to Birmingham City Centre.

Salary: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
