Contact OneVale are inviting applications for Customer Service Advisors for up to 12 months to join our busy contact centre in Barry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our established team, handling varied enquiries which span many different service areas within the council. We are looking for motivated team members who thrive in providing exceptional customer service in a varied and fast moving environment!
About the role
Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5 - 7 , £21,575 - £22,369
Days / Hours per Week: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

Description:
Contact OneVale is a first point of contact for all Council wide services to the public and other customers of the Vale of Glamorgan. Our teams provide information, advice, signposting and referral for further assessment across a range of communication channels, principally by telephone and email.
About you
You will need:
- Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to record information accurately
- Willingness to work as part of a busy team
