The Fish Society is looking for a part-time customer service representative to join our customer service team. The hours are Wednesday afternoons 1-5pm, Full day Thursday 9-5 & full day Friday 9-5.
Typical responsibilities in the role will be
- Answering inbound calls
- Advising customers on our products and placing orders over the phone
- Tracking customer order via couriers dashboard and resolving delays
- Responding to customer emails
- Replying to customer reviews
- Additional ad-hoc project support tasks will be part of the role
Ideally we’re looking for someone who is local and can work onsite at GU3 2DX. This is not essential but is preferable.
A calm demeanour and attention to detail would be highly beneficial.
This is a part time role but we highly value our team member's contributions and there could be scope for hours and tasks to expand beyond the initial scope of this role long term for the right candidate.
