As a long-standing collaboration, CTC continues to grow, offering best value for money for all forces through continuing to deliver efficiency savings. We are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to provide full back office fleet support for the day to-day operations for all Chiltern Transport Consortium member forces, consisting of Thames Valley Police, British Transport Police, Civil Nuclear Constabulary, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Bedfordshire Police, Hertfordshire Constabulary and National Investigation Service. The role holder will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of databases, and will be confident working in a fast paced, varied environment. Further duties include being the first point of contact for e-mail and telephone queries, managing all vehicle hire bookings and fuel card requests, processing all speeding and penalty charge notices and conducting monthly data reports, whilst ensuring a compliant, effective and efficient service delivery at all times. Proven administrative skills are required with previous experience of answering queries, escalating them where necessary and handling/resolving complaints. You will possess a high level of attention to detail and a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular MS Excel. The ability to work accurately with high attention to detail to set deadlines is essential, alongside possessing excellent time management skills to prioritise your own workload.
