About Us
A well-established competitive socialising team, we have multiple sites across London. We operate the drinks and games at London’s biggest adult playground, Roof East, the best crazy golf course at Birdies Battersea and the immersive outdoor cinema experience at Rooftop Film Club.
About You
You’ll be a pro on the phones, taking care of customer queries, bookings, and ticketing.
You’ll have a fun, engaging phone manner and be a great problem solver.
You’ll be looking for evening and weekend work that you can do from the comfort of your own home and work closely with our Customer Experience Manager, making sure our customer experience hits the mark every time.
You’ll be confident answering emails enquiries and responding to our customers on social media.
Ts&Cs
Fixed Term Contract June – October 2022
£12 per hour
Wednesday – Friday evenings 3pm – 9pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12-9pm, subject to change.
Mix of home and office working after induction & training day at our Peckham Office.
Pay from £12 per hour.
