Posh Nosh Imports is a company that specializes in importing British and Irish food products. Although our headquarters is located in New Jersey, USA, the customer service team is based in Derrylin, which is located approximately 11 miles outside of Enniskillen.

..Our team is seeking enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and dependable individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong track record in customer service. Their duties will involve responding to customer inquiries, applying company policies to resolve any issues, escalating calls to management as required, and overseeing a specific set of customer accounts.
We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and possess the capability to make swift and precise decisions as our Customer Service Representatives. They are typically the initial touchpoint for customers with product-related concerns.
Our team operates in conjunction with the HQ team in the USA, with work hours from 2 pm until 9 pm Monday through Thursday, and 2 pm until 6 pm on Fridays.

Salary: £24,562.00-£27,560.00 per year
