We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our head office in Ferndown, Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our current customer portfolio and providing an exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Effectively assist with customer enquiries, and support with improving key customer service metrics
- Professionally handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner by complying with internal processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Analyse customer interactions in order to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and systems
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for customer centricity
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
