Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and helpful disposition while dealing with upset customers.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to all internal and external customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to the company's values, mission statement, and established procedures; Identify problems, provide solutions, and work with the team to address customer issues.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative information.,.
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, or in person.
- Execute all regulatory compliance responsibilities for the company, including but not limited to privacy regulations.,.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary: £23,500.00-£23,750.00 per year
