Customer service representative

Location: Sheffield city centre (Remote and hybrid work not available)

Hours: Full + Part time (10am-7pm, flexible part time)

We are looking for highly skilled customer service representatives who have a passion for working with customers in person. This is a fast paced position with a defined career path and opportunities for progression and development whilst working in a supportive and positive environment.

Customer service representative's must have

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate product knowledge and solutions.
  • Representing our clients products and serviced to potential customers in a professional manner.
  • Generating sales and handling payment transactions.
  • Adhering to company policy and procedures at all times when assisting customers.
