About The Role
We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Representatives to join our busy Retention department at our Walsall site.
Salary: £22,485 (full time, 40 hours)
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm and Sunday/Bank holiday 10-4pm. Rotas are published 4 weeks in advance enabling you to balance your work and home life.
Where will I work?
Whilst you will be required to work full time from our Walsall office (WS2 7BN) for your initial training and attaining journey, after this you'll become eligible for our hybrid working model. We'll also do our best to schedule late shifts and weekends to be worked from home wherever possible, when the time comes.
About You
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals to join our Retention team. As part of this team you will help to answer queries about our policies and products and offer additional products to customers where appropriate and compliant.
To join us as a Customer Service Representative, you don’t need a specific background or qualifications. All we ask is that you have some previous customer service experience and the following attributes:
- A great listener, who can understand what our Customers need
- Resilience, demonstrating the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations
- Eager to learn all about our products and processes
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Detail-focused, so you can follow our processes correctly
- Able to use a computer, so you can get to grips with our software and systems
