Our client is seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure their entire journey with us is positive and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer queries and requests via telephone, email, and LiveChat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers who have fallen behind on their payments to help get them back on track
- Conduct loan underwriting and make decisions on loan applications outside of our automated affordability assessment
- Maintain accurate and thorough customer service records
- Provide assistance to the Finance, Accounts, and Sales teams as needed
- Become knowledgeable about our internal systems and online application process to deliver outstanding customer care
