Job description
Gadget Express are a well established Internet retailer in the Cotgrave country park area of Nottingham. We now offer many different product lines which started with gadgets. We also now excel in fancy dress, partyware and pet products to name a few. Our company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to work well under pressure, have a proven record of success solving customer issues and be able to develop client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers.
- Address customer concerns and provide solution.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills required for dealing with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £17,917.00-£21,000.00 per year
