Evolution Vaping have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team based at Maybrook Business Park in Sutton Coldfield.
The role of Customer Service Representative will involve interacting with customers throughout the day and will be the main point of contact for our company’s client base.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role with excellent telephone manor and problem-solving skills to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. The applicant must able to have difficult conversations and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You must be able to work as part of a team but also able to work individually using your own initiative. Vaping knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Dealing with Customer Complaints, Returns and Queries
· Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
· Checking product or service availability
· Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the company’s performance
· Handling incoming customer calls
· Live web chats adhering to the customer’s needs
· Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
· Resolving customer complaints
· Maintaining an excellent customer relationship
· Logging faults and ordering replacement products
· Responding to customer reviews and feedback
· Dealing with lost parcel claims
· Liaise with couriers and arrange courier collections
· Deal with postal and dispatch issues
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – 45 hours per week
