We are in need of a full time Customer Service Assistant to join our expanding team in London. Customer Service is the most important and at the leading edge of what we do. If you love communicating with others and enjoy customer interaction, please submit your CV.
Customer Service Assistants are tasked with interacting with customers on a daily basis, answering questions, listening to customer concerns, selling new products, and providing customer feedback to the management team.
This position will require attention to detail. The Customer Service Assistant drives sales, points and ensures that key performance indicators are met. Customer Service Assistant Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous sales experience is a bonus
- Enjoys proactively engaging customers
- Great interpersonal skills as our Customer Service Assistant must work well in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail
Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
- Speak to customers daily answering any questions they may have Enter customer data to complete sales
- Increase sales by up selling relevant products
- Respond effectively and professionally to consumer enquiries
- Clear verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- GCSE or equivalent required
To be considered Customer Service Assistant candidates must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
