Customer Service Administrator | Permanent | Luton, Beds | £21k

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team based in Luton. As Customer Service Administrator you should have a proactive mindset and a positive attitude, and have experience working in an office environment.

The basics:

As Customer Service Administrator, your most important role is to ensure you are giving the best Customer Service possible. You must be able to speak clear English and communicate well both on the phone and on email to clients and colleagues, and have proven experience of this. You will be required to use the PC and input data and information and full training will be given. You will be expected to be a conscientious and considerate person working in a small and friendly team.

  • Salary is from £21k per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9-5

The responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
  • Day to Day running of the Customer service Department ensuring all communication is recorded and any requests are actioned within a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with the Transport Department and the Sales Department to ensure all Customers expectations are met
  • To liaise with other depots to ensure Customers collections and deliveries are met
  • Responsible for all data entry and collection of reports for customers
  • To manage all customers’ queries, complaints and to respond back to the Customer within an agreed time
  • Help to build good customer relations
  • Handling complaints and queries from customers and staff
  • Assisting with Transport administration
