Our business has gone from strength to strength and is now a well known household name within the commercial vehicle market.
We are looking to further expand our Customer service Technical Broking Team. We are looking for people with a good, solid work ethic who can be relied upon to treat our customers with utmost care whilst providing fantastic customer service.
All training is to be conducted onsite in the Guildford office which will also be your place of work. We occupy a newly furnished, tech heavy office which is conveniently located opposite Guildford Train Station.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Arranging adjustment quotes for mid term adjustments
- Issuance of insurance contracts
- Administering new documents & direct debit mandates
- Managing your own work flow diaries/emails etc
- Hitting targets and KPI's
- Meeting our customers' demands and needs to resolve situations
- Live chat functions also part of this team!
Hours
Shifts between 08:30 am & 7PM Mon-Fri
Every other weekend either the Saturday or Sunday 9am until 2pm
Overtime available too
£22,000.00 Basic Salary, Monthly Bonuses & Incentives with a realistic OTE of up to £25,000.00 P/A.
