BioTalent are partnering with an innovative, temperature-controlled, logistical solutions company to find an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and growing Customer Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity with a company who are about to embark on exciting growth due to a growing sales pipeline giving you the opportunity to work with a growing network of life-science customers and clients.
This role will offer you

- To be the voice of their business, helping customers with their queries and you will be responsible for shaping our customers experience with them
- Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
You will be responsible for
- Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients via phone and email communication
- Administrating surrveys to ensure customers are satisfied with the services and products
- Working closely with the sales team - Sharing leads and further sales opportunities to help expand business with key clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
- Working closely with Sales and Customer Account Manager’s (CAM) to ensure best customer service
You will bring the following
- Experience working within customer service
- Experience with supply chain is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Feltham, TW13 7HF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
