Contract: 12-month Fixed term contract
Working hours:, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 4.30pm (1 day a week 9.30am - 5.30pm)
Hybrid: Office and home working. A minimum of 1 day a week working in our Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. This can vary depending upon work requirements. We offer free onsite parking.

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for providing an exceptional service to new and existing customers contacting our Customer Care Contact Centre. You’ll be joining an ambitious, hardworking and supportive Customer Service team who thrive from customer satisfaction.
Providing the best experience to each customer is essential as our products and services help to protect and improve the health of people, so we are looking for someone who has proven experience working in a customer focused role.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and take appropriate action for each call
- Processing orders, ensuring the timely despatch of products and liaising with other relevant departments
- Monitoring the queries on a daily basis ensuring that all queries are responded to within agreed timescales, including the generation of reports from CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Maintaining key account activity; seeking feedback actively, analysing information and looking at ways to improve our relationship
- Monitoring and actioning Customer Care e-mails ensuring actions are taken to provide the customer with a suitable resolution, and feedback on their requests
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all teams within the company
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience with dealing with customers over the telephone
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills – at all levels
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills
