Our client is a well Known Corporate and Institutional banking organisation with headquarters in Central London and several other global locations; Providing Finance and Risk Solutions as well as Trading and Flow Sales to global financial institutions, investors, counterparties and corporate customers on a day to day basis.
The Role :
AMS is currently seeking self-motivated individuals for a telephony role as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst within a leading UK bank based in Bolton.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm until signed off
12 month contract
As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst you will -
- Respond to queries from customers and stakeholders promptly and within agreed timescales
- Deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing, authorising and investigating all transactions to defined key performance indicators and service level agreements, and by accurately collecting the required information from customers and business
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing real-time support to our call centres
- Understanding customer and business needs
- Identifying and coordinating improvements to processes that will enhance efficiency and the customer experience
The skills you'll need:
- Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- The ability to proactively plan your own time effectively, to ensure multiple activities with varying deadlines are met
- The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment, managing multiple challenges simultaneously
You’ll demonstrate:
- An understanding of call centre operations and key service deliverables
- An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
- An understanding of our industry and its customers
