Customer Service Administrator – Introduction
If you are used to working with customers and have experience in a client facing role this is an exciting opportunity to join a world expert in making coatings. We are now recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to assist the customers of our Powder Coatings business by providing ‘best in class’ client service.
- Provide effective admin support.
- Raise PO’s and process invoices.
- Coordinate & organise travel.
- Purchase sundries, such as office stationery.
- Organise conferences & book rooms.
- Assist with telephone orders from Customers.
- Coordinate customer information requests.
- Work safely & accurately.
- Educated to minimum of ‘A’Level standard or equivalent or significant on-the-job experience.
- Experience in customer service department / facing customers.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
- Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
- Quick to learn new skills.
- Well organised & with an eye for detail.
