Customer Service Agent
Nights and Days Controller/Customer Service Agent required by leading Airport based Passenger Car Service. Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
Entering Passenger bookings onto the companies Computer Despatch system.
Taking payments from clients using the online Credit Card machines to make the transaction.
Allocating Passenger bookings to the Airport Drivers who operate from a dedicated site at the Airport.
Providing price quotes to Passengers both verbally and via email and phone.
Assisting colleagues with getting Passengers into their vehicles quickly during peak times.
The working hours for the role will either be 18.00 until 06.00 on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern or 06.00 until 18.00 on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern. The role will encompass weekend and Bank holiday working.
The post would suit someone who is within an hours journey time of Gatwick Airport.
