Job description

Working as part of the LPG Team, ensuring we retain and grow our existing customer base, through providing a high level of customer service to all customers and prospective customers, managing the day-to-day administration processes within the LPG business. Processing the administrative process for our domestic switch business - this part of the role will initially be as maternity cover, running in conjunction with the metered estate process and then later being available to provide holiday cover for the switch process.

Managing the metered estate processes for all depots for new and existing sites, invoicing customers, and negotiating contract renewals for sites, ensuring we follow the procedures set out by the CMA.

Operational Duties: To follow the procedure for all customer switches, incoming and outgoing, ensuring the deadlines set by the CC are adhered, checking the Legalsign portal daily for new acquisition, keeping reports up to date. Communicating with the customer once the account is set up and arranging the first delivery. To manage the setup of accounts for new metered estates and new occupiers, ensuring all customer details are acquired and chased where necessary. Invoicing all metered estate customers at the agreed intervals as per credits and estimating invoices when necessary. To deal with customer queries and requests in a professional and pleasant manner to a satisfactory conclusion, within the set timescale, thus maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring we are meeting our customers expectations.

Answering and dealing with telephone calls as a priority. To ensure movers and new occupier details are acquired and updated on the system, obtaining new supply agreements through your activity. Assisting with one off projects and administrative duties as required to maintain customer records and procedures within the LPG business. Maintaining relationships with external Field Sales Managers as well as all other departments ensuring required details are communicated.

Salary: £23.00-£25.00 per year
