- Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Our new Customer Service Supervisor will be based from our newly-refurbished support centre within walking distance of the picturesque town of Ross-on-Wye, benefitting from plenty of free parking, on-site gym and a warm and supportive working environment.
THE ROLE
The Adventure UK department are responsible for all School & Group bookings travelling to our UK activity centres. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Advisors, who’s key purpose is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable pre-travel experience for all customers.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a highly performing and engaged team. Setting clear direction by communicating performance against objectives and motivating the team to achieve set targets.
IS THIS YOU?
We are looking for a natural leader, who can develop and motivate a team. You must be able to build and maintain strong working relationships and make commercially sound decisions, managing your own time and workload effectively. You will have previous experience working in a customer services / call centre environment and motivated by ensuring your team deliver the best experience to all our customers with each and every interaction they have.
