Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of customer service for the company

- Other general administrative duties as required by Operations Manager

- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality customer service

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

- Take part in morning meetings, to discuss issues and any duties for each day

- Create and maintain reports as and when required

- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

Requirements:

- Excellent computer skills and knowledge

- Proven experience in a customer service/administrative role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in using customer service software and tools

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

We’re looking to introduce a company performance related bonus scheme this year.
